Former IT managers Piet Quade and Marc Bernath have offered consulting services to companies with respect to strategic IT issues since 2001. At that time they worked with SPM Technologies, an IT architecture and consulting company. In 2005 they founded qb3 with the aim to establish an independent and effective team of consultants supporting the IT top management.
